Cleaning products matched to the coating, and a cleaning service on a schedule for facilities that want it handled. Recoat when it is time, before the wear reaches the concrete.
When it is the wrong choice
Not a fix for a failing floor. If the coating is lifting, that is a moisture or prep problem.

- Moisture mitigation and vapor barrier Stop moisture vapor coming up through the slab before it lifts the floor you put on top.
- Concrete polishing and sealing Grind, densify, and polish the concrete you already have, or seal it to stop dust and stains.
