Waterproof decks and walkways. Coated block walls that wipe clean.

The problem
Why this system.
Elevated decks and walkways leak into the space below. Block walls in restrooms and kitchens hold dirt and grow mold in the joints.
Where it belongs
- Balconies, walkways, and stair landings
- Pool decks and patios
- Restroom and locker-room walls
- Kitchen and wash-down walls
- Stair treads and nosings
The system
What goes down.
Decks get a waterproofing membrane with a textured, UV-stable topcoat. Walls get a block filler and a seamless, scrubbable coating that turns the corner into the cove base so there is no joint to hold grime.
When it is the wrong choice
A deck with structural damage or standing water needs the substrate fixed before any coating.
