The problem

Why this system.

Bare or worn concrete dusts, stains, and soaks up whatever hits it. A bonded epoxy system turns the slab into a sealed, cleanable surface that takes forklifts, foot traffic, and wash-downs.

Where it belongs

  • School gyms and multipurpose rooms
  • Warehouses and loading bays
  • Restrooms and locker rooms
  • Showrooms and retail
  • Garages and shops

The system

What goes down.

Mechanical prep opens the concrete. A primer bonds to it. Build coats carry the color or the flake and quartz broadcast. A topcoat sets the finish: high gloss, satin, or a slip-resistant texture. Court lines, logos, and safety markings go in before the final clear.

When it is the wrong choice

Epoxy is the wrong call on a slab with high moisture vapor coming through it, or where floors take hot water and steam every day. Those want moisture mitigation first, or urethane cement.
