Concrete polishing and sealing

Grind, densify, and polish the concrete you already have, or seal it to stop dust and stains.

The problem

Why this system.

Some floors do not need a coating. A polished or sealed slab is low maintenance, light-reflective, and hard to damage, with nothing to peel.

Where it belongs

  • Warehouses and distribution
  • Retail and showrooms
  • Schools and civic buildings
  • Parking structures
  • Exposed-concrete offices

The system

What goes down.

Diamond grinding in stages, a densifier that hardens the surface, then polishing to the sheen you pick. Sealing alone is a penetrating or film-forming sealer on a cleaned, prepped slab.

When it is the wrong choice

Polishing cannot hide a badly cracked, patched, or stained slab. That floor wants a coating.
